DIRECTIONS

Market Lavington is approximately 1 mile east of the main A360 Devizes to Salisbury road. From Devizes, proceed to West Lavington and turn left to Market Lavington. If the applications are acceptable in principle to the Landlords the applicants will be notified thus and references will be taken up. If the application is not acceptable in principle to the Landlord then the applicants will be notified thus and cheques submitted with the application forms will be returned. Once references have been applied for there will be no refund of the administration fee, whether the tenancy is finally granted to the applicant(s) or not.
