Applicants will be required to demonstrate that they have an annual income of at least 30 times the monthly rent. DHSS Benefits will not normally be taken into account. If the applications are acceptable in principle to the Landlords, the applicants will be notified thus, and references will be taken up. If the application is not acceptable in principle to the Landlord then the applicants will be notified thus and cheques submitted with the application form will be returned. Once references have been applied for there will be no refund of the administration fee, whether the tenancy is finally granted to the applicant(s) or not.
