7) Application
Procedure. The applicant will be required
to complete a comprehensive tenant
questionnaire and submit to this office
together with an administration fee of £50
plus VAT to cover the costs of processing
such application. Additional applicants
or guarantees should complete an
additional application form and submit
with a cheque for £50 plus VAT per
person. If the applications are
acceptable in principle to the Landlords
the applicants will be notified thus and
references will be taken up. If the
application is not acceptable in
principle to the Landlord then the
applicants will be notified thus and
cheques submitted with the application
forms will be returned. Once references
have been applied for there will be no
refund of the administration fee, whether
the tenancy is finally granted to the
applicant(s) or not.
