PLANNING
The occupation of one of the dwellings (understood to be the main bungalow) is as a result of a Certificate of Lawful Use for Development dated 6th December 1993, such use to be together with the second dwelling. The property is also subject to a Section 106 Agreement dated 5th August 1997 at the time an extension was approved to the main dwelling. The Section 106 Agreement revoked an earlier planning consent dated 8th April 1993 for a replacement bungalow which is assumed to be a replacement for the secondary bungalow.

COVENANTS
The property is sold subject to a restrictive covenant in favour of land to be retained by the vendors on the northern boundary.
